●Heading

We work cutting and forming for materials from wire diameter of 0.1-2.0 mm. Bending, squeezing and forming of various complex shapes are also available according to customers' requirements.

For the fabrication of lead pin heads, it is essential to have a high level of processing technology that enables the accurate creation of shapes requested by customers as well as familiarity with metallic character. We process head pins by self-made heading machines for bending and crushing to form various head shapes. Lead pins are widely utilized as connecting terminals for PGA packaging.
